Introduction

I made this up 2/28/2012. It turned out so good that I saved the recipe. It IS a litte high in sodium, so if yall wanted to do a less sodium chicken broth, please do so. Ingredients

    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Minced Garlic, 3 tsp
    Kale, 5 cups, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.50 cups, pieces or slices
    Great Value Garbanzo Beans, 1.5 cups

Directions

Chop kale and diced chicken into desirable chunks.
Simmer kale, chicken,beans, garlic and mushrooms in broth for 5 minutes.
Add spices and salt.
Cook till all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
Enjoy!!!
