Introduction

You can make this into any kind of hot pocket you want! Kids love it (and adults too) You can make this into any kind of hot pocket you want! Kids love it (and adults too)

Ingredients

    1 can Buttermilk biscuits (you need 2 to make 1 hot pocket)
    1 lb ground pork or hamburger, browned and crumbled
    1 cup shredded cheese of choice
    pizza sauce (optional)

Tips

combinations are endless
works great to make a bunch and freeze for a fast lunch, all you need to do is reheat!


Directions

brown meat
flatten 1 biscuit with a roller, stuff with about 2 tbls of meat and some cheese and a little sauce.
flatten 1 more biscuit, put on top of first and pinch edges together.
bake according to biscuit directions or until golden brown and biscuits are cooked.
