Ingredients

    All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1 3/4 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Earth Balance buttery spread whipped, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar Domino, 3/4 cup
    Sugar In The Raw, 3/4 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Ener-G Egg Replacer 1 1/2 tsp = 1 egg
    Ghirardelli chocolate semi-sweet chips, 1 24 oz bag

Tips

If your dough is too dry and crumbles rather than sticks together, try adding unsweetened almond milk one tablespoon at a time.


Directions

Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
Separately, cream "butter", sugars, vanilla extract and "egg." Slowly mix in the dry ingredients 1/2 a cup at a time. After forming dough, gently fold in chocolate chips.

Spoon dough by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-15 minutes depending on your oven.
