Ingredients

    4 c. Chicken Broth
    1 c. chicken breast, chopped
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced thin
    1/2 c. Bamboo Shoots
    3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Mongolian Fire Oil
    2 tsp. Sesame Oil
    2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Cold Water

Tips

4 oz. tofu cut in 1/2 pieces can be added with the sesame oil.


Directions

1. Combine chicken broth, chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, vinegar, soy sauce, and fire oil in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 3-4 hours.
2. Stir in sesame oil. Blend cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into slow cooker. Cover; cook on High 15 minutes or until soup is thickened.
3. Serve hot; garnish with cilantro.
