Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef (or ground venison), browned
    2-3 stalks celery
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can V8 juice (46 oz)
    1 box frozen mixed vegetables
    I cup dry navy beans, soaked

Directions

1) Brown meat with onion and celery
2) Soak navy beans according to package directions
3) Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low at least 1 hour
