Introduction

this is a healthy filling breakfast! this is a healthy filling breakfast!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1/4 C old fashion oats
    1 tsp flax seed
    1tbsp dried cranberries
    1 tbsp of either chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds (your preference)
    cinnamon and pumpkin spice (optional)
    4 slices of Butterball low sodium turkey bacon

Tips

you can play with the amount of egg whites and oats you prefer....i have a friend who does 3 whites really up to you....so just play with the recipe and see what you like! This is def a nice filling breakfast!


Directions

beat the spices, eggs and whites together, add oats, flax seed, cranberries, and nuts and mix well

spray pan with Pam and pour in mix and cook like a pancake!

    Very Good
    I really enjoyed this. I loved the pumpkin spice and cinnamon, as well as the nuts! I am vegetarian, so didn't include the turkey, but put Parmesan cheese on top. Yummy! I think nutritional yeast on top would also be tasty. Thanks so much! - 11/3/15
