Ingredients

    2 tsp EVOO
    1 1/2 cup onion
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 lbs of mushrooms chopped
    4 large garlic cloves minced
    1 (15 oz) can great nothern beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 1/4 lbs of ground turkey breast extra lean
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup chopped parsely
    4 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp dijon mustard


Directions

Heat oven to 375. In large skillet over medium heat add oil,onions, cyenne, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms 5 more minutes. Take off heat let cool. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spoon into mini muffin tin. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
