Ingredients

1 1/2 pound of chicken
3 egg whites
Mrs. Dash
No salt seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper
3/4 or ground oatmeal
Mix all ingredients together except the oatmeal.
Place oatmeal on a plate and drudge the chicken in it until it is coated with oatmeal. Coat your fry pan with a lot of non stick spray. Cook on each side until golden brown. Bake in the oven for 30 min.
Directions
Spray your fry pan generously with Pam. Fry on each side approx 15 min on medium heat or until golden brown. Take out of the pan and place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 30 min on 350 degrees.
