Introduction

High protein power breakfast!! High protein power breakfast!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    1/3 cup oat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 scoop natural high quality vanilla whey protein powder (like Teras Whey Bourbon vanilla)
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon to taste
    fresh ground nutmeg
    1-2 packets of stevia (optional- to taste)

    Wet ingredients
    1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 fresh egg white
    splash of natural vanilla or smidge of vanilla bean paste (optional)


Tips

Tastes great when topped with a homemade fruit syrup made from 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries & 1 tbsp polaner all fruit spread with fiber (grape or blueberry flavors are my fav!)


Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately- then combine. Spray nonstick skillet lightly and cook like normal pancakes! YUM YUM Enjoy :)

Serving Size: Makes 1 large pancake or 3-4 small
