Introduction
I have had this recipe for years, I use my own canned salsa and stewed tomatoes which would be less sodium. You may also use lower sodium beans. Ingredients

12 oz exra lean ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tblsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tblsp minute Tapioca
1 cup salsa
4 cups stewed tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
Directions
Saute beef, garlic, onions and celery.
Add spices, tapioca, tomatoes and beans.
Simmer over low heat for an hour or longer (I do mine all day) stirring occasionally. Make a day ahead if possible.
