Introduction

This recipe is for a large family but can be adjusted down to smaller amounts.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 9x13 baking dish
    1 10x10 baking dish
    Large food processor or Strong Blender

    4 Heads of Cauliflower.
    1 medium tub of 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese - You'll need 8-10 TBSP
    2 Pounds ground turkey breast
    1 Block of Cabot extra sharp cheese
    1/3 cup of Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
    10 TBSP of Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 medium white onion
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1.5 cups of frozen peas
    Salt
    Black Pepper, Ground
    White Pepper, Ground
    Paprika


Directions

1. Cut the cauliflower and boil until super soft.
2. Put into a food processor with the 8-10 TBSP of cream cheese and the 2 peeled garlic cloves and process until smooth.
3. Add in salt, white and black pepper (whatever amount you prefer), and 10 TBSP of the Parmesan Cheese. Process some more until well blended.
4. Pour half the mixture into the bottom of your baking dishes.

5. In a very large skillet, brown the onions with a tad bit of extra virgin oil or whatever oil/cooking spray you prefer. (At this point, you can preheat oven to 350)
6. Once a little browned, add in the ground turkey and brown. Add in any preferred seasonings (salt, pepper, Worcestershire)
7. Once browned, Drain the excess grease and return mixture to pan. Add in frozen peas and stir around until no longer frozen.
8. Add the mixture on top of the cauliflower mash
10. Sprinkle the reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese onto the top of the mixture.
11. Add the remaining cauliflower mash on top of the meat mixture
12. Shred the cabot cheese block, and sprinkle on top of the cauliflower mash.
13. Sprinkle paprika on top
14. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and a little crispy looking
