Ingredients

    3 Turkey pepperettes chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    1 tsp grape seed oil
    6 large eggs
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Tips

I like to season with salt free Red Garlic Sansel from epicure! Enjoy with your favourite fruit on the side!


Directions

Heat oil in frying pan and cook onion until tender. Add pepperettes and cook for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble. Top off with parmesan cheese or cook in the egg. Season as desired.
