Ingredients

    1 Avacado (Medium size)
    2 tbsp. Duke's Lite Mayonaise
    1 Roma Tomato, Average size seeded and diced
    1/2 Onion, medium size diced
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt (use less if prefer)
    1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/8 tsp. Chili Powder
    1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Tips

I you want an extra kick to this dip add a small amount of Cheyenne Pepper. Substitute garlic powder or fresh garlic for garlic salt.


Directions

Remove the fruit from the Avacado and mash it until smooth. Add Lemon Juice and stir. Mix in mayo, tomato, onion, garlic salt, black pepper, chili powder and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve with veggies or veggie chips.

Serving Size: Makes 2 - .5 cup servings
