1/2 c. peppers, chopped fine
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 T. soy sauce
dash pepper
8 oz. cottage cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. May need a little milk for extra liquid, but pour cautiously.
