Ingredients

    Filling:
    600g package of mixed frozen berries
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons corn starch
    juice of 1/2 a lemon

    Crisp:
    1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
    1/3 cup oat flour (I make my own from gluten-free oats)
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup coconut oil (or butter if milk allergies aren't an issue)
    pinch salt

Tips

No need to thaw berries. Use butter instead of coconut oil if milk allergies aren't an issue.


Directions

Stir filling ingredients together and put in casserole dish or 8x8 pan. Crumble topping ingredients together and sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
