60g plain flour
100ml semi skimmed milk
1 medium egg
15g trex vegetable fat (to grease the tins)
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

    mix flour, egg. milk. salt and pepper to a batter consistency. Heat the fat in the yorkshire poudding tins and when pour in the mixture evenly to each tin.
    bake at gas mark 6 for 25-30 minutes.
