    white rice(2 cups, uncooked)
    carrots
    onion
    tomato
    peas
    cauliflower
    green beans
    sunflower oil
    salt
    chili powder
    potato


Directions

heat oil in a cooker.
add onion, and fry them till they turn pink..
add rest of the ingredients and 4 cups water. allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
