Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    2 tsp Worcestershire
    3/4c cup Ketchup
    1 egg
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning

Directions

Mix items together (saving 1/4 c of ketchup), spread into loaf pan. Coat with remaining ketchup. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 6-8 slices.
