Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Prunes, dried, 2 cup, pitted
    Orange Juice, .5 cup
    Cinnamon stick, 1 serving
    Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Let prunes soak in water 24 hours in refrigerator. Then add your orange juice and cinnamon and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 quarter cup servings

    Will leave out the cinnamon. Cinnamon negates the benefits of prunes, but put it in if all you want is the fibre. - 6/11/21
