Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey and/or chicken
    Mixture of chopped onions, garlic and shallots
    2 large eggs
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs

Tips

Could add extra seasoning (salt, pepper, etc.)
Good with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
Calories are based on no bun burger.


Directions

Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Mix the ground turkey, onions, shallots, garlic and eggs in a dish with 1 tbsp. EVOO. Once thoroughly mixed, form 5 patties and place on baking sheet. Stick in oven for 12 minutes, then flip the burgers and bake for another 12 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 nice size burgers
