Ingredients

    3/4 cup cooked brown rice
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3/4 t sun crystals
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1/2 t vanilla
    1 T liquid egg substitute
    pinch of salt

Tips

May need to add a dash of arrowroot powder or constarch to help thicken.


Directions

Place rice, 3/4 c milk, salt, and sugar in a small saucepan. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cinnamon, vanilla, egg substitute, and remaining 1/4 c milk. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Let cool & chill.
