1 lb extra lean Ground Beef
1 large can (or 2 small cans) Tomato Sauce
1 large can Tomatoes
1 can of Corn
1.5 cups of chopped carrots
3 packages beef boulion powder (can use liquid beef stock)
3.5 - 4 Cups Water
1 tbsp minced dried onion
1 tsp- pepper
2 tsp - Oregano, dried
3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce (optional)
.5 cup converted rice (uncooked) (optional)
1 package Vegetable Soup Mix (dry) (optional)
1/2 package Onion Soup Mix (dry) (optional)
I also used "greek seasoning" that I have at home to add some extra spice.
**Please note - Sodium can be reduced by not adding the soup mixes, or by adding reduced sodium soup mixes & boulion.

Pour mixture into crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Stir.
Cook on "high" for 4 hours or "low" for 8-10 hours.
