Ingredients

Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless cut into chunks 24 ounces
*Barilla Plus Rotini Multi grain pasta, 14 oz (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium diced
Onions, raw, .50 medium diced
*Garlic, 3 clove finely minced
Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
*CAMPBELL'S 98% FAT FREE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP = 1CAN/10 3/4 OZ, 5 serving (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup (remove)
* grated cheese, pecorino romano, 8 tbsp (remove)
*Zatarain's creole seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/2 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .50 tsp (remove)

*Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, .50 tsp (remove)
Tips
begin with 1/2 tsp creole seasoning and a pinch of cayenne taste and adjust add as little or as much cayenne to get the heat you like. Adding to much creole will begin to make it salty so adjust heat with the cayenne pepper
Directions
cook pasta according to directions
heat up large saute pan add oil and spray with cooking spray add chicken and cook until no longer pink remove from pan and set aside- cover in same pan spray with cooking spray and add mushroom, onion and garlic season with salt and pepper and cook until onions tender and mushrooms cooked add soup milk creole seasonion cayenne and parmesan cheese stir to combine and simmer on low until heated through (TASTE AND ADJUST SEASONING)
drain pasta and add back to pan pour mushroom sauce toss to combine add chicken to pasta pan and toss to combine simmer to heat through a few minutes
Can serve topped with additional cheese just add the additional calories in
