Introduction
I made these for a lenten Friday meal and they were absolutely wonderful. The extras can be frozen in quart size freezer bags (3 will fit in a bag) and heated in the microwave at for about a minute to a minute and a half. Ingredients

Juice of one lime
Garlic, 2 tsp
Beans, pinto, 2 cup
Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup uncooked / about 4 cups cooked
10 Whole Wheat Tortilla
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
Tips
These freeze well when sealed in freezer bags.
Directions
Mix garlic with rice.
Divide rice, beans and cheese between tortillas, drizzle with lime juice and roll up.
