    4 c. cooked rice
    9 oz cooked pork chops
    1 bag frozen stir fry veggies (steamed)
    6 eggs, scrambled (no added fat)
    1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
    1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

combine all ingredients in a nonstick pan and cook until heated through and soy sauce covers all.
