Ingredients

1 package Lean Ground Turkey
1 can Black Beans
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 cup Salsa
5 Tbsp Chili Powder
3 cloves Minced Garlic, or 1 Tbsp Dehydrated Garlic
Tips
For a smokier, more BBQ chili flavor, add Liquid Smoke or Smoked Tabasco to taste.
Directions
Heat sauté pan on medium heat, spray with cooking spray and cook diced onion, pepper and garlic until caramelized, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and chili powder, cook until browned and no pink remaining, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add to crock pot along with black beans, northern beans, and cup of salsa. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
