    Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.50 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 15 oz can
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Honey, 0.25 cup
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Chobani (Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - Plain), 0.50 serving
    Life's Basics Plant Protein Chocolate, 119 gram(s) (3 scoops)
    Oat Bran - 1/4 cup
    Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate mini morsels, 4 tbsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving

Tips

Muffins will have the consistency of chewy brownies upon removal from oven, let stand for an hour and refrigerate if you prefer a muffin consistency.
