Ingredients

    113grams prunes
    113grams dried apricots
    113grams dried figs
    56grams raisins
    quarter cup pine nuts
    can add dates and sultanas
    1-2 tablespoons rosewater

Directions

Wash dried fruit in cold water then soak in enough water to just cover.
Cover and put in fridge for 48 hours
Add pine nuts to the fruit in its juice.
Gently stir in the rosewater.
Serve chilled
