Introduction

So delicious and lower calories because I use a light salad dressing instead of mayo. Toast up a pita and top with spinach and chicken salad....so yummy!! Ingredients

    8 oz of cooked shredded chicken
    1/3 C Craisins
    2 tbsp slivered almonds (I use almond accents)
    1/4 C minced green onion
    4 tbsp Bernsteins light fantastic garlic parmesan ranch (or an equal low cal dressing)

Tips

Also a great way to use up chicken leftovers!


Directions

Combine ingredients and mix well...Enjoy!!! Put it on bread, crackers, tortilla or wrap in a lettuce leaf.
