Introduction
This is actually inspired by one of my favorite wraps.I decided to concoct this salad because I was missing one key ingredient, a tortilla wrap. I hope you will like this salad! This is actually inspired by one of my favorite wraps.

Ingredients

I can Tuna, drained (preferable packed in extra virgin olive oil)
1 hard boiled egg; cubed
1 cucumber; cubed
1 package low-fat cottage cheese
1 handful roasted salted sunflower seeds (you may use unsalted if you wish)
Directions
1) Boil one egg for 7 minutes till hard boiled.
2) Open 1 can of tuna, drain oil and put into a large bowl.
3) Cube cucumber and add to tuna.
4) Add one package of cottage cheese to tuna mixture
5) Cube egg and add in.
6) Add a handful of roasted salted sunflower seeds and mix well.
7) Bon apetit!
