Ingredients

    1 5 oz. Pink Salmon pouch
    1 egg
    1/4 c. italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. (or a little less) finely chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. (or a little less) finely chopped red onion
    season to taste

Tips

I eyeball about how much veggies to mix in.. I also usually put patties in fridge for a few minutes before i brown, so they don't fall apart as easy.


Directions

mix all ingredients, form patties with hands. spray skillet with cooking spray.. brown each pattie on both sides, about 5 min. on each side. serve over salad or with veggie of choice.
