Ingredients

1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I used whole wheat for chicken)
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tips
I opted to bake my pork chops in a glass baking dish, since we don't seem to own an ovenproof skillet.
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat large ovenproof nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chops; cook 4min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Mix soup, onions and thyme; spoon over chops. Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20-30min or until chops are done (160degrees)
Serving Size: makes 4 pork chops
