Ingredients

    1¼ cup whole wheat macaroni
    1 Pk. Lipton tomato vegetable soup mix
    3 cups water
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    ¾ cup milk, 1%
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

Bring water and soup mix to a boil. Add macaroni and cook covered 10-15 minutes. Add1½ cups cheese and milk, stir well. Place in greased dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
