Herb & Garlic Pasta

1 full box (454 g) Catelli Smart Pasta
1 clove garlic
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 C soft margarine
Make sure you sauté garlic on medium low heat. The flavour stays fresher and you don't get a bitter taste as when cooked at a high heat setting.
Adding vegetables to the boiling pasta near the end of cooking time (approx. 5 minutes) can enhance the flavour of this pasta. Plus, adds more fibre and essential nutrients.
Return pot to stove and melt butter at medium low heat. Add garlic and herbs. Sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add drained pasta to pot and toss until fully coated with sauce.
Serving Size: Makes 6, 3/4 cup servings.
