Ingredients

    7 eleven white bread enriched, 2 serving
    white extra sharp cheddar (food lion brans), 1 serving
    target brand provolone cheese, 1 serving
    *Country Crock Margerin, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Tips

make sure the margerin is room temp for easy spreading


Directions

spread the margerin on both slices of bread
heat a medium sized pan no higher than medium heat and drizzel the olive oil on the pan
lay one slice buttered side down onto the pan
put cheese onto that side
cook for 2 min or until golden brown
lift the slice with a spatula and place the second buttered slice onto the pan and place the first slice on top cheese side down
cook for 2 more min or until golden brown
take out of pan and onto a paper towel to absorb the excess oil
