Ingredients

1 can cindensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp chlil powder
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)
3 cups cubed chicken (or turkey)
12 corn tortillas cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Green onion for garnish
Directions
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
2. In a 2 quart shallow baking dish arrange 1/2 of the tortilla pieces. Top with half of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or unitl hot. Serve with additional salsa and garnish with green onions.
