Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Green Seedless Grapes 1-Grape, 15
    Clementine, 1 serving
    Oranges, .5 small (2-3/8" dia)
    Kiwi Fruit, .5 small (2-3/8" dia)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    fresh mint, 1 tbsp
    Mangos, .5 fruit without refuse
    Blackberries, fresh, .5 cup
    Lemons, .125 fruit without seeds
    Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia)
    Shakeology - Greenberry (1 packet - 40g), 1 serving
    *365 Organic Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp

Directions

Wash All fruit throughly. Remove peel from ginger root, lemon, mango, orange and Clementine. Place all ingredients in blender (any order is ok) and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes three 8 oz servings.
