A veggie filled pasta salad with a zippy dressing. A veggie filled pasta salad with a zippy dressing.
Number of Servings: 8


    8oz Barilla Medium Shells - boiled, drained and chilled
    12oz Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore (drained)
    1/2 c chopped radish
    1/2 c sliced baby carrots
    1/4 c finely chopped sweet onion
    1/4 c sliced olives
    1 c chopped red bell pepper
    1 c chopped broccoli tops

    1/3 c vegetable oil
    3 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/2 c miracle whip (optional)


Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Breaking up tuna chunks to small pieces.

In a mixer with a whisk attachment - whisk the oil, vinegar and dijon mustard until smooth. For a more creamy option - add the miracle whip and whisk until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the salad in the large bowl and mix until coated.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. 4 hours is optimal for best taste.
