Ingredients

    2 cups Kroger Zero Calorie Baking Sweetener (Xylitol)
    1 cup Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1 dash Salt
    2 Tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3/4 cup Simply Jif Peanut Butter

Directions

Combine almond milk, salt, and baking sweetener (xylitol) in 2-3 qt pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for approximately 10 minutes. Add butter and continue to cook, until reaching "soft ball" stage (240°F). Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and peanut butter, and stir until combined. Pour quickly into lined/buttered loaf pan and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes 32 (1" X 1") pieces.
