Ingredients

    1 head cabbage
    1 cup diced onoion
    2T olive oil
    2T butter, salted
    salt
    pepper

Directions

saute onion in oil in very large deep skillet.
add shredded cabbage (or use cole slaw mix 3 bags)
saute and add broth to finish cooking with cover on med heat.

Serving Size: makes 10 3/4 cup servings
