Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup chicken gizzard, clean and cut into pieces
    Black pepper
    2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1 tbs dried cilantro (could use fresh if you have)
    1 cup onion chopped
    .5 cup green bell peppers chopped
    1 medium potato, peeled and diced
    1 stick of celery, diced
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

In a bowl, add gizzards, and spices
heat Olive Oil in pan, add garlic
when heated, add gizzards and saultee
add all vegetables except the frozen ones
saultee a little more
add 2.5 cups of water, and let boil until gizzards and potatoes are soft
when everything has soften, add frozen vegetables
stew down, allow a little liquid to remain as "gravy"
