Ingredients

    1 tsp Garlic (Minced)
    1/4 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
    2 TBSP Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz)
    2 tsp Corn Starch
    3/4 Lb Beef, round steak (cut into thin strips)
    1 Cup Broccoli, fresh (flowerets)
    1 Pepper, sweet, red, fresh,(cut into thin strips)
    1 Yellow Pepper (bell peppers) (cut into thin strips)
    2 TBSPs Vegetable Oil

Tips

Good with rice but rice is not included in nutritional information.


Directions

1. Combine 1st 4 ingredients & mix well. Set aside.
2. Coat wok or large skillet w non-stick spray & add vegetable oil. Heat wok to 375 (or Med-High heat).
3. Stir fry steak for 2 min.
4. Add peppers & broccoli & stir fry for 4 min.
5. Add cornstarch sauce & stir fry until sauce is thickened.
