Ingredients

    1 chicken breast pounded thin
    1/8 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese
    1/8 cup Muir Glen Pasta Sauce (split in two parts)
    1/2 serving (approx. 8 slices) turkey pepperoni
    Salt and Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Italian Seasoning
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place aluminum foil over a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Pound thin one chicken breast and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning on one side. Mix together cheese, pasta sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning in a bowl then spread over other side of the chicken. Place a few chopped up turkey pepperonis on top then roll up chicken breast. Place seam side down on the foil and pour the remaining pasta sauce on top. Then place the remaining turkey pepperonis on top. Bake approx. 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink the middle! Yum!
