Ingredients

    3 oz. semisweet chocolate
    1/2 c. carrot puree
    1/2 c. spinach puree
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    2 Tbsp.trans-fat free tub margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 lrg. eggwhites
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. bakingpowder
    1/2 tsp salt


Directions

makes 12 brownies. preheat oven tp 350. make purees of steamed spinach and carrots in food processor. Mix all wet ingredients with a whisk with melted chocolate. stir in dry ingredients with a spoon. spray 8x8 pan with pam. pour in batter and bake for 35-40 mins. dont eat until cooled, otherwise you can taste the spinach.
