Introduction

Green juice to have everyday. This green juice has a beet, which sweetens the taste and makes it red. Green juice to have everyday. This green juice has a beet, which sweetens the taste and makes it red.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Celery stalks
    3 Carrots
    1 Apple(any kind)
    1/2 Cucumber with peel
    2 cups Kale
    2 cups Spinach
    1 Beet
    1/2 Lime(optional)
    1 tsp. fresh Ginger root(optional)

Tips

If you don't like lime or ginger root, you do not have to add it to the juice. I like the flavor it adds.


Directions

Put all in ingredients in a juicer. Follow your juicers instructions. Fills 1 mason jar. Seal and put in refrigerator until you're ready to have as a meal or snack. Do not keep longer than 48 hours.
