Introduction

this is from a recipe in my hubby's favorite cookbook "Where's Mom Now That I Need Her?". We used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added some cabbage. Yum! Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 40 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 large. chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 cups, grated
    *potato, yucon gold, 5 potatoes, grated
    *Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, 3 cans
    Water, tap, 1.5 cups
    *cereal, corn flakes, great value, 2 cups, crushed
    1/2 Medium head cabbage, chopped

Directions

Brown the turkey and rinse. chop the pepper, onion and cabbage. Grate the potatoes and carrots. Spray 2 9x13 pans with pan spray and combine ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine soup and water, whisk till blended. Pour meat mixture into the two pans. Pour the soup mixture over the top and stir lightly to mix. Sprinkle corn flakes on top, sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 min or until bubbly.
