Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    90% ground beef
    4 bell peppers
    Brown rice long grain
    Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    Black pepper
    Egg Beaters
    1% milk

Tips

You can dilute about half of the soup if you like more "juice. Use the soup can with remaining soup to do this. If you are in a hurry, can do for first 2-3 hours on high and then reduce heat to low.


Directions

Cut tops from green peppers and wash; clean green pepper of seeds. To the ground beef, add the remainder of ingredients except for tomato soup. Mix together well. Put enough tomato soup in crock pot to cover to cover bottom. Set peppers in & put remaining tomato soup over them. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Serving Size: makes 4 stuffed peppers-one per person
