Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tblsp Flour
1-1/4 cup milk
1 - 8 ounce pk Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1 10 ounce pk Broccoli (chopped; cooked, drained)
2 Tubes Crescent Rolls
8 ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Tips
To keep the egg from cooking to quickly, I put it in a bowl to beat, then add a small amount of meat mixture to egg, stir it together, then add to meat mixture, and stir.
Directions
Saute' meat and onion, add flour, salt, and garlic, stir.
Add milk, and cream cheese cook until smoth and thick. Add egg stir and cook for about 1 minute. Add Broccoli. Simmer while preparing casserole dish.
Press one tube crescent rolls into a greased 9X13 dish. Add beef mixture, cover with shredded cheese, arrange second tube of rolls on top of cheese, Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cover with foil for last 20 minutes if needed
