Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

4-5 cups raw, unpasteurized whole milk
    1-2 cups cream
1 cup natural peanut butter (I grind it myself)
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2-3/4 cup cane juice crystals (you can also experiment with maple syrup, agave nectar, etc)
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

* To make it creamier, skim some of the fresh cream off the milk and replace 1-2 cups of the milk with the cream (i.e., 3 cups milk, 2 cups cream)

* Grinding your own peanut butter is easy with a food processor. I use dry roasted unsalted peanuts. Add to the food processor and process for several minutes until as smooth as you want it. I never add oil or sugar. It's perfectly yummy just like that!

Directions

Combine together in a mixing bowl and pour into your ice cream machine, as the manufacturer’s instructions suggest. If you don’t own an ice cream machine…you can also just put it in your freezer till frozen.
