16 cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats (Dry)
4 cups Coconut
1 cup Seasame Seeds
3 cups Pumpkin Seeds
2 cups Sunflower Seeds
2 cups Blanched Almond Slivers
1 cup Olive Oil
2 cups Honey
Tips
Note: A very large deep pan is needed for this recipe.

Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Blend oil and honey together, drizzle over dry mixture, stirring well, until all dry ingredients are coated.
Bake at 300 for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Less baking required for chewy granola, more if you like it crunchy.
Delicious as a dessert or yogurt topping too!
